I am an associate professor (Maître de Conférences) at the IAE Bordeaux and the Research Institute for the Management of Organizations (University of Bordeaux).
My research interests lie at the intersection of Human Resource Management (organizational behavior) and Public Health (health economics and behaviors). My methodological approach is mixed.
